This printer is working fine since 4 years now. I never had any issues that aren't coming with time like changing a tube or a nozzle. It has worked so many hours and is still going. At all that for a more than fair price.
Normaly I don't write reviews but this thing deserves more than 4 stars on average so here you got 5.
Also I like that you still support the product with new upgrades and everything! You are doing a great job, Creality!

When the printer arrived, everything about it was amazing. The simple setup, the easy to read instructions, everything was great. For my third printer, (others weren’t from creality) I wanted a larger surface to work with, and it really looked great... until I began leveling the bed. It seemed that either the glass, or metal bed was warped. The middle of the bed was lower than the corners, making the print to be too high in the center, which made it impossible to print anything. I tried to turn the glass over, but it still had the issue. Before I wrote my review, I read another review that had the same issue. Long story short, I will not be ordering from you again.

When I received my unit, I installed a BLTouch bed leveler only to discover that the small screws that hold the fan cover to the hot end were way over torqued, stripping out the head of the screw rather than break loose. Had to drill it out. Once I got the machine working, it worked fine until I had to replace a clogged nozzle. I then discovered that that to was not only over-torqued, but cross threaded as well at the factory. They said they would send a new hot end, and never did. I bought a new one only to discover that in my efforts to remove the previous cross-threaded head, the frame got slightly tweaked in the process, which now results in about a 5 degree off horizontal striation on all larger prints. Rather than replace the poorly assembled unit, the factory has tried to send me all sorts of work-arounds, none of which work (because the frame is now bent). This whole problem was caused by poor assembly in their factory, they won't replace the unit, nor do they send replacement parts they say they will. Really disappointing, as this is the 7th printer I've purchased from Creality.

One of the early large format machines that uses actual metal frames for rigidity. Good large scale format We have printed hundreds of hours of large models. Only draw back is the inability to heat the bed to 90-110 deg.

this printer gives me nothing but trouble. the bed is continually warped. one day the middle is low and the next it is high. the reason is very poor design of the bed. never had these problems with my maker bot which required no bed levelling at all. it seems as we all know the chinese are very bad at design. mostly they just copy others ideas because they arent creative enough to do thier own designing, and if they do its terrible. like this. so go back to what you do best and copy a good design and fix this horrible machine.
