1. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:
- Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and the original manufacture barcode.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sale@creality3dofficial.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item condition.
- Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:
- For non-quality-related returns (e.g., buyer's remorse), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Note: Local return addresses are available in the US/EU/UK to make returns convenient.)
- No restocking fee is charged for eligible returned items in original condition.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
3. Warranty & Replacement Policy
All Creality 3D printers and accessories purchased from creality3dofficial.com are covered by official manufacturer warranties:
- Warranty Period: Standard 1-year warranty for core components (mainboard, motor, screen, etc.) and varying component-specific warranties. Please contact us to check specific parts.
- Free Replacement Parts: If a component arrives defective or fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts and guide you through the repair.
- How to Claim Warranty: Send an email to sale@creality3dofficial.com including:
- Your Order Number
- A clear description and video/photos of the technical issue
- The white manufacture barcode attached to the base of the printer
