1. What is the required tabletop depth for the Ender-3s1 pro? (How much space do I need to put down my printer?)

Hi, The Machine Size is 490x455x625mm (19.29 * 17.91 * 24.6in) and we will recommend that there is a space of 10-15cm (3-5Inches) for the heatbed for backworking.
If add a enclosure, the Desktop space required 70*75mm (27.55*29.53inches).

2. Want to buy my first 3d printer, should i buy s1 or s1 pro.? Is this a s1 pro or a modified s1?

The difference between the S1 and S1 pro is the pro has an all metal hot end that can go to 300c and a magnetic bed spring steel bed and a touch screen.It would cost about the same to upgrade it myself if in a Ender-3S1.
In terms of machine installation or printing operations, the difficulty of them are similar.

I was extremely excited to receive this printer. This is my first printer and it was easy to setup. The instructions are clear and there are already a few YouTube videos you can follow along with when putting it together. It took me a few tries to figure out the leveling, but once I did (two types of leveling. Do both multiple times each) it just works.

I’ve looked at other prints from my friend on other machines, and really wasn’t’ impressed. I watched several online reviews of the S1 PRO and thought that this finally might be the printer for me. This is my first 3D printer, and I could not be HAPPIER with my decision! This is an amazing FDM printer. Creality3DOfficial shipped quickly. Added extra filament (assorted color pack) and nozzles to my order and they all arrived at the same time within 14 days. Assembly was straight forward. Made sure to adjust all the wheels appropriately (not to tight/lose). The only exception was verifying the vertical columns were perpendicular to the X-axis. Had to shim the front of the columns 0.07mm. No big deal, just cut up a feeler gauge and place appropriately. Trammed the bed with a 1.0mm feeler gauge prior to powering on. Then followed the instructions for first time “auto leveling” and then fine-tuned the Z offset and fine tramming with a 0.05mm feeler gauge (don’t forget to drop the print head down 0.05mm to true zero for the last step). Re-ran the “auto leveling” routine. EVERY test print has been spot on! Configured Cura with all the various nozzle sizes I purchased, and the print quality on 0.2mm nozzle is AMAZING. It’s almost like a resin printer (not quite, but close). I’ve shown my friends my prints and they a jealous at the quality and several are thinking of getting rid of their printers and getting the Creality Ender 3 S1 PRO instead.

One of the reasons I purcahsed this unit is because it is upgradable. However, creality does not offer the laser engraver for this model. I should have chatted first with them. Am I reading the specifications wrong? This is dissappointing. It's a decent printer overall. However, I really wanted the laser upgrade. Poor communication and false advertisement.

Arrived in about one month. In general, what I expected to see, I was very pleased with the quiet sound of the movement of the rollers and motors, many other pleasant things, really better than the old models, but again the straight ahead cooler remained, which I soldered with a potentiometer on old. (not adjustable from the screen could be better) But still very happy with the purchase.

Very happy, replaced my old Ender 3, flawless first print, love the touch screen and the bed. arrived in about a week and a half from China. only thing missing from the package would be an usb-c cable, everything else you may need is there. very easy to assemble.

I could not be happier with this purchase! Recevied my printers 10 days after payment. The printer is boxed nicely and is easy to unpack, and easy to level. You can change nozzle temp while it's heating up this is especially helpful if it won't keep a consistent temperature, you can actually slice your file to be a higher temp then change the temp on the printer when it gets to the one you want. That way, you don't have to wait 5 minutes to heat up and be ready. Not Bad: I paid $539 (the shipment from China) but the seller promised free 4 plas, fa.st response and great service!

Q What are the name of the nozzles that come on these hotends? Are they the same as the all metal Spider hotends?

A They are a standard nozzle. I’ve used generic brass, hardened steel and mild steel. They all fit fine, but I don’t understand the question, this system comes with an all metal hot end and a very good one. Are thinking of swapping out Creality's hot end for a Spider?
