- Tri-metal nozzle and heatbreak made from titanium alloy
- Hot end with 60W ceramic heater
- Open-source clippers Creality OS, Creality Print and Creality Cloud for maximum flexibility
- Flexible PEI spring steel plate
- Hands-free automatic levelling
Sturdy, stable frame made from die-cast parts
Like the other printers in the K series, the stable frame of the K1 SE is made of integrated die-cast parts that merge seamlessly into one another. To improve the stability of the frame during vibrations, the sides have been equipped with corner joints and robust cross beams.
CoreXY for higher speeds
The K1 SE features a lightweight and dynamic CoreXY structure designed for ultra-high speeds with consistent print quality.
- max. speed 600 mm/s
- max. acceleration 20000 mm/s²
All-metal extruder for fixed filament grip and hot end with ceramic heating
The Dual Gear all-metal extruder system of the K1 SE is equipped with a support spring and a ball plunger that holds the filament firmly in place without yielding. In addition to standard filaments, the extruder can also process flexible materials such as TPU without any problems. S cover is required when printing ABS!
The hot end of the K1 SE is surrounded by a 60W ceramic heater, which completely melts the filaments for ultra-fast printing. The hotend needs only 75 seconds to heat up and go from 0 to 300 °C.
Long-lasting tri-metal nozzle
The K1 SE is equipped with a durable copper nozzle with a steel tip and a titanium alloy heatbreak. The nozzle blocks heat build-up and can be easily replaced.
Intelligent algorithms
►Input shaping: A G-sensor recognises the speed range that tends to cause resonance frequency and commands the motors to mitigate it.
►Dynamically balanced component fan: The weight of the component fan on the print head is dynamically balanced, making it less likely to wobble.
Other features:
- Plug-and-play with boot-up instructions like a new smartphone (3 minutes from unpacking to switching on)
- Highly automated and easy to use
- Automatic calibration at the touch of a finger (automatic Z-offset, automatic levelling, automatic input shaping test)
- In the event of a partial batch failure, the faulty print can be excluded and printing can continue
- Open source for simple modifications
- Klipper Creality OS, Creality Print 5.0 for freedom when cutting, Creality Cloud
- Flexible PEI build plate
- Pre-installed damping pads on the underside
- Silicone wiping strips for clean nozzle tips
