- Ender 3/Ender 3 Pro/Ender 5 Silent Mother Board(one of them)
- 235mm Tempered Glass Build Plate
- 1 meter Capricorn Bowden PTFE Tubing
Thankyou for the silent board, what a difference.its a must have.only thing is there should be an alternative when purchasing the pro and thats a upgrade tick list so you can buy the pro with everything installed.
I used it with Ender3 Direct Drive kit from Fargo. The mounting bracket from teh Fargo kit needs to be modified, other than that, everything was easy to install.
I've only been using this machine for a week now, and yes it is my first 3D printer, but I couldn't be happier with the results. This machine, adjusted correctly, has the ability to create some pretty high quality objects. The number one thing I've found is how critical a level build plate is. I highly recommend downloading or creating a "BedLevelTest" file you can run to check the level all around the build plate. My test file builds a 2mm x 2mm line around the perimeter of my build plate. I watch each line as it's being laid down to ensure absolute consistency around the entire build plate. Always do a quick rough check with paper first so you are not dragging the nozzle on the build plate while you fine tune the level when you run the test level file.
Overall, great machine, and at this price would highly recommend to anyone.
But i have yet to install. They look like they will be quite serviceable, but the originals are working well for now.
